Delivery & Order

When will I receive my order?

Orders are usually shipped from our warehouses within 3 business days. It will then take between 5 and 6 working days for your item to arrive at your home.

During busy periods, it may take up to 6 days before shipping.

Our packages generally travel with La Poste, but we also work with other carriers such as DHL, Colis Privé or ColiColi.

Delivery to a relay point is possible at the customer's request.

My order is not complete

As we have different storage locations and work with different suppliers, you may receive your products in different packages. So don't worry if you don't receive everything at once.

Our average delivery times are 8 to 10 working days. during peak periods. Some packages may take a little longer than this.

However, if you still have not received your package after 35 working days after ordering, then we will refund you in full and you can keep the item when you receive it.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We quickly process orders you place, usually within 12 hours.

For this reason, you have 12 hours after ordering to send a cancellation or modification email to contact@Bricolo-Pro.com

Beyond this time, your items will have already been shipped, so we will not be able to modify your order.

Is the item I received broken/defective?

Despite our demanding selection of trusted carriers, your package may arrive damaged.

You will not need to return the product and we will reimburse you directly for the amount of your order in the form of a voucher (if you would like another form of reimbursement, please let us know).

Does my purchase come with an invoice?

Each order is accompanied by an invoice which is sent by e-mail.

If you are a worker, you can use this invoice to be reimbursed by your employer.
